What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your event for any reason up to 5 days prior to your event with a full refund. You can cancel for weather related issues up until 24 hours prior to your event, at no cost to you. Cancellations within 4 days of the event start time will forfeit their deposit. If you need to cancel, it is your responsibility to contact us via phone or text. If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message. Our office is not open on Sundays, but someone will get back with you by the next business day. You should not consider your event cancelled until we confirm via call or email. How much space is needed?
We can set up in a variety of different environments, including in suburban yards, parking lots, parks, courtyards and even indoors. Grass, concrete and pavement are all acceptable, but grass is usually best. You will need a fairly level area for any setup, and in the summer, naturally shady areas are great. Remember that there must be room to park our truck and trailer nearby the setup area. The truck can be parked on a street, in a driveway or in a parking lot, but it must be able to turn around somewhere. The truck can be moved after setup. The setup area required depends on the services you are going to have. Here is an approximate guide.
